OVERVIEW
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the rules and restrictions that govern the use of Aveshost's products, services, websites, systems, and network (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Any violation of this AUP may result in suspension, termination, or legal action at Aveshost's discretion.
SECTION 1 – GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account, whether by you, your employees, contractors, or end users.
1.2. You must use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including international regulations.
1.3. You must ensure that your content, websites, and applications do not cause harm to Aveshost's network, servers, or other customers.
SECTION 2 – PROHIBITED CONTENT
You may not use Aveshost Services to host, transmit, or distribute any content that is:
- Illegal Content: Any material that violates local, national, or international law.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
- Adult or Pornographic Material: Pornography, sexually explicit content, or services facilitating prostitution or escort services.
- Hate Speech or Violence: Content that promotes or incites racism, xenophobia, discrimination, terrorism, violence, or self-harm.
- Gambling or Betting: Hosting online casinos, sports betting, lotteries, or any gambling-related activity unless specifically permitted by law and pre-approved by Aveshost.
- Malicious or Harmful Content: Viruses, worms, trojans, malware, spyware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or intercept data.
- Misleading or Fraudulent Content: Phishing sites, scam pages, deceptive marketing, pyramid schemes, fake news, or impersonation.
SECTION 3 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services to:
- Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), chain letters, or junk mail.
- Use email marketing in violation of applicable anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR).
- Operate open mail relays or auto-dialers.
- Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or networks.
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
- Conduct port scanning, sniffing, or penetration testing without prior written authorization.
- Distribute password-cracking, hacking, or exploit tools.
- Resource Abuse
- Use excessive system resources that disrupt Services for other customers (e.g., CPU abuse, RAM exhaustion, excessive disk or bandwidth usage).
- Run cryptocurrency mining, peer-to-peer file sharing (e.g., torrents), or proxy/VPN services without explicit approval.
- Use shared hosting accounts as backup/storage repositories unrelated to web hosting.
- Fraudulent or Deceptive Activities
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
- Engage in financial fraud, credit card fraud, or identity theft.
- Host fake e-commerce stores, phishing landing pages, or “get rich quick” schemes.
SECTION 4 – NETWORK & SYSTEM SECURITY
4.1. You may not interfere with the integrity or performance of Aveshost’s network.
4.2. You must not use the Services to attack, probe, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
4.3. You are responsible for keeping your websites, scripts, plugins, and applications secure and up to date.
4.4. Aveshost may take immediate action, including suspension, if your account endangers the security of our infrastructure or other customers.
SECTION 5 – EMAIL & COMMUNICATION STANDARDS
- Use of Aveshost's email systems must comply with anti-spam regulations.
- Bulk email marketing is allowed only for opt-in lists, with valid unsubscribe mechanisms.
- Sending unsolicited commercial email is strictly prohibited.
- Forging headers or email routing information is not allowed.
SECTION 6 – RESOURCE USAGE LIMITS
To ensure fair usage:
- Scripts that continuously run in the background without authorization are prohibited.
- Video/audio streaming services require VPS or dedicated servers unless approved.
SECTION 7 – DOMAINS & DNS
- Domain names must comply with ICANN regulations and local registry rules.
- Use of domains for abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes is prohibited.
- Misuse of DNS records (e.g., fast flux hosting for malware distribution) is forbidden.
SECTION 8 – RESELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
If you are a reseller:
- You are responsible for ensuring your customers comply with this AUP.
- Violations by your customers will be treated as violations by you.
- Aveshost reserves the right to take direct action against your customers if necessary.
SECTION 9 – ENFORCEMENT & MONITORING
9.1. Aveshost reserves the right to monitor network traffic and investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
9.2. Violations may result in:
- Warning or Notice
- Immediate suspension of Services.
- Termination of account without refund.
- Legal action or referral to law enforcement.
9.3. Aveshost shall not be responsible for any loss of data, business, or income resulting from enforcement actions under this AUP.
SECTION 10 – REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to: abuse@aveshost.com
SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO THIS AUP
Aveshost reserves the right to update or modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
